The pan mee has soft springy texture and well-flavoured with their secret recipe seasoning. Break the half-boiled egg york on top and stir it evenly, it will coat nicely on the Pan mee surface and further smoothen the Pan mee's texture. It is served with some big size crispy salted anchovies, fragrance fried pork lard and fried onion which further amplify the taste of this delicacy.
